Once you complete and submit the contact form above, we will reach out to schedule your initial consultation. From there, you will receive a quote within 48-72 hours for estimated costs of goods and services. Should you choose to accept, you will receive a finalized invoice for payment.

There is no set cost since each order is customized to your needs. If you have a specific budget or request, let us know either in your contact submission form or during your consultation.

Some of the most common requests we receive are for mirrors, glass frames, and acrylic. However, if you have something else in mind, then we can explore a variety of options together! We personally shop for each sign you desire depending on what your style is. Then, the cost of each sign, as well as the materials used, will be included in the invoice you receive to ensure full transparence in pricing. We work with you every step of the way so that you never feel out of the loop, and so that we can guarantee you will receive a finished product that you love!

You can order a custom sign for any event including but not limited to weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, graduations, etc. If you’re unsure what kind of specific display signs to use for your event, let us know and we can brainstorm ideas during your consultation.

As of right now, we do not offer shipping services for delivery. We are located in Ohio with local pickup options.

You are provided with multiple design proofs prior to finalizing the product, therefore there are no refunds or exchanges since we work extra hard to ensure you are happy every step of the way. However, if your sign does not meet your expectations based on the approved design proof, then let us know right away so that we can make it right in time for your event!

You will be able to pay through the finalized invoice you receive post-consultation. We accept credit and debit card, ACH, and cash. If using cash, payment must be received either prior or upon receiving the final product.
